In 1993 the congregation replaced their 61-year-old pipe organ with a four-manual electronic instrument built by the Allen Organ Company.

The original organ in the church was built by Henry Pilcher's Sons of Louisville, Ky. This organ had electro-pneumatic action, was fully enclosed, and cost $5,500. Pilcher completed the organ in March 1932, and it was dedicated on April 27, 1932, in a recital presented by Wm. E. Pilcher, Jr.
