The Masonic Temple on Bell Boulevard in Bayside was designed by Herbert O. Wiegand. Completed in 1923, the building was originally home of Bayside Lodge No. 999.

At an unknown time, the building was sold to Elim Presbyterian Church; it later became home to The Siloam Reformed Church of New York, a Korean congregation.
