The Factory Specification (Oct. 18, 1932) between M.P. Möller and N. Morisco and Son, Inc., states that Möller would lease a two-manual organ for $1,650 for a period of 12 months. Möller provided a case or grille and Swell box. Wind pressure was 5" throughout. The organ was controlled only by an automatic player, but provisions were made for a future console. Möller indicated that the organ would be completed by November 9, 1932.
