Message from the Dean

Dear Colleagues,

The week following Easter is usually a time when church and academic schedules slow down, but our chapter will shift into high gear co-presenting two very special events with the music department of Saint Ignatius Loyola on Park Ave. Please set aside Tuesday evening, April 14 at 7:00pm and Wednesday evening, April 15th at 7:30pm for master class and recital given by Oliver Latry. Both events are free to members of the NYC chapter. At a reception following the Wednesday evening recital, Monsieur Latry will be presented with the New York City Chapter’s International Performer of the Year Award.

Details for both events, including the master class repertoire and the recital program can be found on our chapter website: www.nycago.org.

Many thanks to Kent Tritle and the Music Staff at St. Ignatius, Paul Murray and the Program Committee, and Renée Louprette and the International Performer of the Year Sub-Committee for putting these two exciting programs together.

Please plan to join us!
