The Agreement (Mar. 6, 1913) between M.P. Möller and Sunset Park (Norske) M.E. Church, shows that Möller would install a two -manual organ for a consideration of $2,000. A donation of $100 was also mentioned in the contract. Möller provided a detached two-manual console, casing of quartered oak, and employed tubular-pneumatic action. Möller promised the organ would be ready for use on or before the 8th day of June or as soon after as possible, but the organ was not shipped until June 12, 1913.
