The files of Louis F. Mohr & Company, an organ service company in the Bronx, show that the organ at St. Timothy Episcopal was built by Hall & Labagh. Mohr's notes (dated June 12, 1920) suggest that he was going to install an electric motor. It is possible that the tremolo and balanced Swell pedal were not original, depending on the date of the Hall & Labagh organ.
