The 1,700-seat Parkway Theatre, located in the West Morrisania area of the Bronx, opened in 1927. Its run lasted less than twenty years as the New York Film Trade Directory reported the Parkway as closed in 1945. In the 1960s, the building was converted into a factory. At some point the building was demolished.
