Loew's Inwood Theatre, located on Dyckman Street opposite Post Avenue in the Inwood area of Upper Manhattan, opened in the early 1920s. As designed by Eugene DeRosa, the theatre had 1,874 seats on one floor with no balcony. At some point, the theatre closed and was converted to retail use.

The Factory Specification for this organ, dated May 5, 1925, shows that Möller provided a three-manual stop-key console, and that the organ was voiced on 7" wind pressure. The organ was to be completed by September 15, 1925.
