Sebastian M. Glück
New York City – Opus 3 (1991)
Electro-pneumatic action
4 manuals, 53 registers, 29 stops, 36 ranks

In 1991, Sebastian M. Glück of New York City was commissioned to install a four-manual-and-pedal organ in the former Banquet Room of this Manhattan residence. Two chambers were created from serving and busing pantries: the Left Chamber contains the Great and Pedal flues, behind which are located the enclosed String and Positive divisions; and the Right Chamber houses the enclosed Swell plus some Pedal extensions. The Solo organ is installed in a former cloak room at the opposite end of the hall. The arched chamber openings are normally covered by grill cloth.

An English-style drawknob console controls the organ's resources, which contain some vintage pipework. Only unison couplers are provided. The Solo division's Cello Major and Cello Major Celeste are prepared-for, the unit Tuba stop does not couple, and the floating String Organ is available on any division. Wind pressures range from 3-1/2" to 9-5/8".
