All Saints' Chapel was built as a memorial to The Rev. Dr. Morgan Dix, Rector of Trinity Church from 1862-1908. Also known as Dix Memorial Chapel, it is an addition to Trinity Church designed by Thomas Nash and built from 1911-13. The chapel is used primarily for prayer and an occasional private service.

The organ in All Saints' Chapel of Trinity Church was built in 1984 by George Bozeman, Jr. & Company of Deerfield, N.H. Bozeman reused the case, console shell, keyboard and stopknobs from the original Hook & Hastings organ, Op. 2303 (1912). Thomas Nash, architect of the chapel, also designed the case. The one-manual console is located in a niche underneath the organ case.

Tubular-pneumatic action
2 manuals, 18 registers, 9 stops

The original organ for All Saints' Chapel was built in 1912 by the Hook & Hastings Co. of Boston, and installed behind a case designed by Thomas Nash, architect of the chapel. Surprisingly, the Trinity Church Archives has no information on this organ other than a  letter from then-organist Larry King to the C.B. Fisk Organ Company, in which Mr. King describes the original instrument: "tubular pneumatic, and consisted of six 8' stops, two 4' stops and one 16' pedal flue."

Specifications for this organ have not yet been located.
