The Memorandum of Agreement (Feb. 28, 1922) between M.P. Möller, Inc., and the 1st M.E. Church of Elmhurst, N.Y., shows that Möller agreed to build a new organ for the sum of $6,000. Möller provided a detached, two-manual stop-key console, and casing of Oak with Dull Gold decorations. The organ was voiced on 5" wind pressure, and was to be completed on or before August 15, 1922.
