The Memorandum of Agreement (May 28, 1927) shows that, for a consideration of $2,800, the M.P. Möller Company would build and complete a new organ by December 1, 1927. Möller provided a two-manual attached stop-key console of quartered oak, and display pipes finished in French gold bronze. The organ was voiced on 3-3/4" wind pressure and completely enclosed in one chamber.
